Important Things to Know About TriEA

Seeing that TriEA is a tuition free open-enrollment charter school without enrollment requirements for its scholars – we are looking for passionate, driven, and empathetic employees who understand the challenges of educational reform and can effectively engage all spectrums of children.  Having developed a natural curiosity about your own place in this world and its impact, you must be willing to take risks by accepting challenges you may have never encountered in your teaching or school operations career.  Teaching and managing scholars through a project-based environmental program takes a lot of collaboration, courage, consistency, care and communication.  If this profile fits you and the next stage of your career – then you are someone we want to know!

320 Scholars in 2017-18: TriEA started in Y1 with just 130 Kinder, 1st and 6th graders in 2015-16, so we are looking for staff and teachers that have pre-school, elementary and middle school experience.  We add approximately 120 new scholars each year and by 2021, we will have grown to a full PK-12 program with over 1000 scholars. In 2017-18, we anticipate growing our enrollment to 320 scholars (grades Pre-K-3rd, and 6th-8th) with enthusiastic supporting staff and faculty of around 35!

School Location and Governance: The school’s address is 3837 Simpson Stuart Rd, Dallas, TX 75241.  TriEA will be co-located on the Paul Quinn College (PQC) campus.  This environmental charter school is a part of PQC’s master plan to develop the community and provide additional education opportunities for it’s south Dallas citizens. The charter school is a separate entity and is not governed by PQC. It is a public school run by independent leaders with more than 56 combined years of K-12 charter school teaching and leadership experience.

Full-time Employment in 2017-18: If you are interested in future employment and are a teacher or have experience working in schools, please feel free to e-mail us a cover letter and resume at HR@triea.org. We will keep these and connect with you if a position is opening up and fits your experience and skill set.
